Comment(by mitar):

 Is there some limit on this value? Because when I set (in my code) to 5 I
 get only one warning, but if I set to 6 it behaves like I have set it to 0
 (and all warnings tell me that limit is 0 and I get many warnings).

 Using `-fno-spec-constr-count` disables all warnings.
