I've tested the patches on my OS X machine (64bit GHC, HEAD built with
7.0.3) and the linker issue I previously encountered seemed to go away
(probably someone fixed a bug.)
All of the plugins that were initially developed still work, and the
following 3 plugins all work and have tests when built with GHC + the
plugin patches (I just fixed Max's unrolling plugin):

So, I'll get working on adding some basic testsuite patches soon.
