 Sorry Levent!

 If you use a `rec` inside an `mdo`, I think the `rec` should be moved
 around intact, just like any other `Stmt`.  So the `mdo` does dependency
 analysis treating the `rec` as an atomic unit.

 Would anyone like to implement this?  Not hard, I think.
