 Ross: Great idea. The changes to the documentation in the patch were
 minuscule. I'll go ahead and write something more detailed this weekend
 and send a separate patch to Simon.

 Simon: I completely agree; `RecursiveDo` should handle both. Would you
 mind implementing that? I'm a little vague on how all those flags interact
 with each other. (In the patch I've sent, the "deprecated" bit from
 `RecursiveDo` is removed, but I didn't touch `DoRec` at all.)
