Just for the record, my initial thought for a reproduction case (simply
generating random variates with mwc-random through random-source) does not
reproduce the crash. Looks like this could be a tricky crash to reproduce.
Simon, I might wait a few days until some of the better understood crashes
(if there is such a thing) are sorted out and reevaluate then.
