In an effort to get my lenses thinner I went up from a 60 PD to a 63
PD on my larger sunglasses with 53 mm and 54 mm lenses. They won't let
you order them for less than a 64 PD, but I left a note there, and
they said they can do 63. It worked well and I don't notice a
difference. Some peoples PD's aren't equally balanced anyway, and a 60
PD might be a 28 in one eye and a 32 in the other. If mine is equal,
i's only off by 1.5 mm in each eye. I looked every which way out of
the lenses and didn't notice any distortion. I also went down a bit on
my Rx to get them thinner, and they still feel fine.
