Hi everyone! New to the site, read about it from the Slate article. Frankly, I couldn't be more excited about trying a lot of different styles to see which fits me. But that's also where I just ran into an issue.
I checked Zenni's return policy, and they only refund 50% of your purchase if you don't like the frames?!?! In most other online ordering systems, isn't a gracious return policy kind of the norm? I see the frames online, but that doesn't mean I know how they look on me. Do the other sites have a more forgiving return policy, or is this kind of across the board? I'm going to go to an optometrist today to get an eye exam, and get my PD info and such. And I'll try on some lenses, see what I like. Hopefully that will be enough for now. Thanks for any info you have. Jake. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Check us out at the oft-updated http://www.glassyeyes.com!
