Hold up,
why was the procedure done?
what is your current spectacle rx
do you, or do you plan to wear contacts?

The different colors represent different elevations, like a
topographic map shows mountains a different color than flat ground.

do you have a copy of it that I can see.

It is possible that you may be undercorrected on cyl,but a topograph
isnot the place to find it

You need central and peripher k readings, and an autorefractor
readout, these are all read on autorefractors today.
You also may not be able to tolerate a full correction.

Cyls are tricky, if your doc did the old which is better 1 or 2 a
bunch of times, he probably checked your cyl with a jackson cross
cylinder, in my opinion a horrible device that killed good refractions
cause people use them to get a "cook book approach"

to get your cyls right, you need to slowly introduce and reduce cyl
and adjust axis, sometimes bring it closer to previous or towards 90
or 180 for less distortions.
remember cyls can improve your vision, but they have side effects
which some can adjust to and some cant,

Send in more info, this can be a learning experience for the whole
board.

Sincerely

Mike Katz OD
