Eyes are really part of the brain, so they are tricky. By keeping
things more balanced and losing that cyl, you will probably find the
glasses more comfortable. Remember that -.25 cyl is equivalent to -.
125 sph, so you are only cutting .125 sph, very hard to detect. On the
other hand, cyls can be a pain.

Note: this is what I would do in this case if asked. It is not general
practice and you shouldnt change rxes, unless you ask me, an
optometrist.
