I'm a little confused about getting a PD for my progressives. I haven't had progressives before. Its just with last week's eye exam that this became my reality. So I'm looking to buy a pair online, but do I need two different PDs? One for where my eye are when I look into the distance, and one for where my eyes are when I read? Will the order form have a place for two PDs? If I do need two can Wal-Mart of Costco give me both?
Also, does anyone out there have strong feeling about one suppliers doing a better job with progressive lenses than another?
