I got my PD from Wal-Mart, and yes, they gave me two different numbers. If the order form only has space for one, you can add the other in the comments section. I've worn progressives for about 20 years. Recently got my first online pair from Optical4Less. They are my first rimless pair as well. All I can say is they are perfect in every way. Had them checked by my local Dr. and he was impressed. I have a low prescription and went for their basic lens. Good luck!
