I need the group's help a bit to know if I did the right thing. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from 39Dollarglasses at the start of November, and I have still not received my order. Customer service keeps saying '2 more days we'll get your lenses in, or in 2 more days the order will be shipped'. Ever see the movie the Money Pit? The contractor's estimate was always '2 weeks'. I feel like sort of like that with vague answers and estimates I keep getting.
I finally lost my patience with them this week and asked them to cancel the order and credit my credit card. I've not heard back from them since I made that request. I am very dissapointed, since I had similar problems with the first order I placed with them, but it only took 2 weeks to resolve, not over a month. On the bright side they did ship my husband's glassses.
