I'll just add how heartening it is that G4U is stepping up to provide this level of service. Steve sincerely appears to be expediting orders and solving problems. I'm waiting to receive my first order of Rx sunglasses from them and this recent development will certainly come into consideration when I place my next online eyeglasses order. Thanks Steve and Ira!
