Hello Elgin, Thank you for your note....I wholeheartedly agree with you.....it is NOT a mistake as my emails indicate. Customer Service defined progressives as noline bifocals, although that is NOT indicated on their website. I mailed them the glasses back and we shall see what happens. best, ivm

Especially with buying over the internet, some of us feel insecure because we don't know if the glasses would even arrive. This 50% refund just makes consumers more insecure and there will be less buyers. I'm sure all honest stores would give full refunds. I'm glad I took my business with Optical4Less instead.
