Thank you for your note....I wholeheartedly agree with you.....it is
NOT a mistake as my emails indicate. Customer Service defined
progressives as noline bifocals, although that is NOT indicated on
their website. I mailed them the glasses back and we shall see what
happens.

Hey ivm,

This sounds a bit sneaky, but I hope this was just a mistake.
I also don't agree with the 50% refund. Especially with buying over
the internet, some of us feel insecure because we don't know if the
glasses would even arrive.
This 50% refund just makes consumers more insecure and there will be
less buyers. I'm sure all honest stores would give full refunds.
I'm glad I took my business with Optical4Less instead.
