Is this the same for everyone. I used to be able to get through, but now get a message that they can't answer the phone and then their mail box is full when you try and leave a message. A semi rimless pair of glasses I got for my mom broke. I've never had semi rimless before and thought the top part holds the lens. The lens was held in by a VERY thin filament of plastic that broke when I tried to clean them. It was wrapped around the bottom of the lens and attached by the nose piece by a very thin flimsy connection.This couldn't possibly have lasted as it was about a 1/3 of the thickness of those plastic cords that hold a price tag on.
Are all semi rimless done that way? It's really disappointing.
