I also placed an order with Zenni on Jan 5th. I called a couple days ago, and they said they just expressed shipped it this last weekend, but they couldn't provide me with a tracking number. They said I should have it by Wed, 2/4, so we'll see. I remain a little skeptical, since they couldn't give me a tracking number.
BTW, I got in their phone waiting line as the 10th caller, and it would count down my place in line, 10, 9, 8. etc. I thought that was rather neat since I've never experienced that anywhere before.
