Yes, this site is in China. You can tell because: (1) all Internet Content Providers in China must be licensed by the Chinese government, and are required to post their license number on the main webpage for control purposes - you can see the ICP license number on the bottom of the main page. There is no such requirement in Taiwan or HK. (2) it loads so slowly because the server is behind the Great Firewall of China.
