I agree with you, KD. The way they went about skimming the email addresses out of this forum for advertising purposes is uncalled for. I think they would have gotten a better reaction out of us if they had: 1.) Approached Ira with some kind of special deal to lure the regulars here, like a limited 15% discount for all, and a couple of free pairs for Ira to evaluate for us. 2.) Put their site on a decent server that can be accessed in a reasonable amount of time (if at all).
