My previous experiences with them were great, but this year, I ordered 3 pairs in one order and all 3 prescriptions were wrong. They asked me to pick one replacement pair and verify the prescription was correct and then they would replace the other two...but when the replacement pair arrived, that prescription was wrong also.
When I just asked for refund instead, I'm running into problems. Not as happy as I used to be and getting an answer is taking a LOT longer than it used to.
