I had excellent service when I contacted them through [email protected] about a problem with a pair of Rx sunglasses. Steve got back to me within 24 hours and his offer to replace them at no charge to me exceeded my expectation. I just received my replacement pair today (approx. 2 weeks to deliver) and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Steve!
