[glassyeyes | 4437] All aint well with Zenni today
The OP had mentioned his difficulty in getting through to Zenni. I've
always had luck getting through at 9am Pacific time, sharp...not 9:05, for
example. Get into the queue early, and you get through to them, easily.
Each of the online retailers seems to have its quirks. Zenni's is,
unfortunately, communication skills that are in dire need of an upgrade.
Happily, their glasses are worth the wait!
