I've ordered 8 times from Zenni...never had a problem yet...but I'm anxious to see if things have changed..I made an order last Sunday night, so we'll see when they get here...I will say, I order single vision glasses with no extras, except for the two occasions I ordered sunglasses and they came in the same 10 day time frame...
I was glad to read powrwrap say that they have ordered bifocals from Zenni with great success..I've been a bit reluctant to promote Zenni for folks other than those with single vision, not because of anything I've read about Zenni, just because I don't have experience with that.. I will say I think it takes a certain mindset to order glasses online..just be careful ordering and then relax until they arrive...
