Actually, Walmart and Sams aren't on that list (http://suxottica.com/
index.php/luxottica-brands-lenscrafters-oakley-ray-ban/5/) -- they're
owned wholly by the world's largest public corporation.

Honestly, as someone who has had an improperly made pair from one of
these brick and mortar retailers, I don't think they're any better at
any of this than the online places.
