I am in the U.S., but my orders from EBD have always come via USPS,
two-day Priority Mail. I don't even know if they can ship Priority
Mail to Canada, but if they tried to do that, maybe it's possible that
it did trigger something at your end, such as a need for a signature
or something? But honestly, it sounds more likely that the post office
in your city simply did not deliver your glasses to you as they should
have done.

Just so you know, EBD sends the glasses in little blue boxes that just
fit the eyeglass case for each pair; when I ordered two pairs at once,
they taped the two boxes together, so you can visualize that this is
not a terribly large package but perhaps too large to fit into a small
mail box. Still, as you say, they should simply have held it for you
at the post office to pick up.

I hope someone in Canada with experience will see this! Good luck - I
hope you get your glasses soon.
