I ordered those glasses months ago.I paid those glasses months ago. I'm still waiting for them. Now I'm just plain angry.Eyebuyglasses answered to my e-mail once. They said that ,quote: "Thank you for your reply.
Regarding your query, the post office actually leaves notice that the package can be picked up from their office if there is no recipient. On your case, it might be that the notice was lost and after a week that the package was unclaimed in the post office, it was being sent back to us. We will reship your order to the same address and we will notify you through email so you may know when to expect them and if it is not received within the time frame, please get back to us so we can request for a tracking number and you may claim the package from the nearest post office. " I waited a few weeks, since I had already verified the shipping address with them. The notice they talk about,I never got it the first time.I didnt got it this time too. About 2 weeks ago I write to them, asking for news on my glasses.I never got an answer. I need my glasses.Everyday is spent in pain because of my lenses. This adventure is costing me way more than just money. And even the monetary cost is more elevated.I spent 60$ for lenses.Without them,I dont see a thing. And my old glasses are broken beyond repair.I've got not choice but live with it.This situation is stressing me a lot,at a time I would much prefer to enjoy my pregnancy in peace. For most of the people here it's probably not a so big thing. But for me right now it's really aggravating. And I don't think I have the patience and energy to fight for something I've not even see.I don't even know what to try next since emails are not answered.I cant call the phone number they gave me.I'm in school all day.No cell phone,no access to a phone.I'm gone long before 9am,back after 5 pm. I'm angry, exausted and feeling trapped.Mr Mitchell, can you help me , please?
