Some of the online retailers can do custom shaped rimless...you literally
send them a drawing, or a scan of the shape you want, and they make it.
This is from memory, but I think O4L can do this.
As for changing the shape of a half-rim pair...I doubt they would do this.
It would entail not only custom shaping the lens, but *also* recalculating
and replacing the "fishing line" that holds it in. They'd have to customize
the lens AND the frame itself.
This isn't an issue with a screw mount, which is why custom shaped rimless
can be done.
