If anybody *would* do customizing work like that, it would be
Optical4Less.

They *might* be able to change the lens height, as that would only
entail recalculating the "fishing line" (monofilament) for the new
lens.
But, as for changing the actual shape of the lens, that would entail a
custom made frame which is going to be next to impossible.

I would contact O4L and inquire as to the feasibility of what you want
done.

While you're at it, check out these frames. They have a lens height of
24mm, but they sound like what your talking about.
