Let me start with a heartfelt YIKES!  You weren't kidding when you said
strong.  You probably need glasses, just to find your glasses.

Zenni does the highest values of any of the regular online places, and they
stop just shy of -20 diopters.  The only "regular" place I can think of that
might do them, is Optical4Less, but those values won't be listed on their
site.  They claim that custom work is their specialty...and this would
definitely fall under the *very* custom end of things.

We've also had some posts about lensing companies, like Wohl Optics...but
they represent such a tiny percentage of posts that I wouldn't feel
comfortable recommending them to a first timer.

You might start by just emailing the "big 5" and seeing if they'll even
consider filling your prescription.  As you well know, it doesn't hurt to
ask.
