cost you.

They have  Myothin® Lenticular (Myodisc) Lens for $238 above the
regular costs for strengths between -20.00 and -40.00.
They also have Extrem® Rx High-index 1.9® for $178 above the regular
costs for strengths between -15.00 and -25.00.
