I did the same as you, powrwrap.
I added in the comments that I want A/R on both sides as is advertised
on their website, and that if they wouldn't honor their own advertised
process for A/R, then they could just cancel my order and refund my
money, as I don't do business with companies that don't honor their
own promises.
It's been 4 days, and no refund yet, so I'm assuming they will follow
through. If not, I'm going to demonstrate what "fast turnaround"
means. ;)
