Totally understand your frustration. By contrast, I have ordered from several companies: Eyeglasses4less, Zenni, Eyebuydirect and Coastal (3 orders). Coastal is typically the fastest with Eyebuydirect right there with them, usually 4 to 5 work days from order to delivery in the midwest. Quality, email confirmations and shipping notifications etc all good. From time to time everybody has an issue, lens out of stock, frames out of stock, manufacturing breakage, big order influx causing delays etc. I would give them another chance for sure.
