Just wanted to relate my experience with 39dollarglasses. I
emailed them an ordering question a couple of weeks ago and never got
a reply. So I called them today and was on perpetual hold. The
recording suggested using the live chat feature on their website
instead, so I hung up and tried that. After I typed in my question,
the site said there was no one there to chat.
Three contact attempts via three channels, three strikes. I’m
done with 39dollarglasses.
