i bought a pair of glasses. I didnt like it, and bought another pair.

THey had 2 options: refund or replace.

I chose replace since i planned to buy another pair, and it seemed an
innocent enough option.

BIG MISTAKE!

you can only choose replace once per order. even though i chose a new
frame, that new frame still was connected to my old order.

well, my glasses broke. i asked about replacement, and the online CSR
said no because i already used the 'replacement' option already.

but after an hour talking to her, she finally admitted that if i
returned the old frames for a full refund, then place a NEW ORDER for
the new frames, i would still have the replacement option.

i told them they had a STUPID policy. there's NO advantage for a
customer to choose replacement if he's returning glasses and getting a
different pair. He just gets SHAFTED by doing this.

well Eyebuydirect has lost a customer.
