I ordered a pair of titanium progressive glasses. The took over a month to come. The pair I was delivered had the focal area much too low. I sent the glasses back with a shipping label they provided to me. I indicated what was wrong both in an email and on a paper in the glasses case. No news, so I emailed them via their site. Their answer was that I had not said what was wrong ! So I recopied them on the email. No answer. Another three emails with no answer or acknowledgement. I have been for 3 months without glasses that I have paid for, and I don't even have the courtesy of a response. Avoid these people like the plague.
