After a so-so first experience with this company, I decided to give them a 2nd chance and ordered another pair of glasses from them (progressive, untinted, fairly strong prescription). I ordered them on Monday of last week, got a message from them that they'd shipped them on Friday, and had them in my hands on Monday. So all in all, it took them 1 week, possibly less considering that Saturday was a holiday.
I'm pleased with my glasses. They are not as thin as my old ones, but not grossly thick either. My optometrist checked the prescription and it was perfect.
