hey anna. i have a similar problem to yours. i received my order a few days back, and the manufacturer seems to have completely botched the order. the left lens if off point, and every time i put the glasses on, the left eye's vision is blurred. also, the frame is bent and so doesn't even rest properly on my eye. my prescription is below
O.D. -5.00 -0.50x 15 O.S. -4.75 -1.75x 3 ADD (blank) i've already sent customer suppoert both an e-mail and voicemail message, and have yet to receive a reply to either. i hope it all works out for you. if you have any advice, please let me know.
