Well, I know that Zenni currently produces thousands of pairs every
week, so they would have the production capacity to keep up with your
demand. And, their lenses are of pretty good quality.
You might contact some of the online sites, like Zenni, and see if
they'll work with you.
Alternately, you might contact the labs, directly, in China (don't
have any information about them, personally) and see if they'll just
cut out the middleman. Zenni sells complete glasses for $8, including
frames and custom lenses...and presumably makes a worthwhile
profit...and ships an order of any size for $5.
