They probably would, but you should take Paul's advice. Go to a local shop and try on a 145mm pair of glasses.
If you're looking for an alternative, O4L actually does customizations of their glasses. All their rimless glasses are customizable and you can specifically request sizes through their 'special eyeglasses making' section. Although I don't think they do plastic glasses.
