You're probably best off contacting several of the online places directly via email - explain your prescription and have them ask their lab what the costs will be if they can make them at that level. Many online places will make higher correction lenses than what's listed in their drop down menu's online.
Try Optical4Less: www.optical4less.com first - they usually can do higher corrections although you'll pay much more for them. Good luck, post here your findings. J.
