I just got my first pair of glasses from EyeBuyDirect... hooray!

This is my first time having a bifocal prescription, and I got progressives...
this is the one time I would actually have benefitted from somebody handing
them to me in person and talking me through trying them on.

1. Any general suggestions on getting used to bifocals?

2. What about computer glasses? I've heard about them, but don't
know much about them. I'm in front of a computer all day.
Can I use the prescription below to try some?

3. I order two pair (thanks Ira for the heads-up!!), both with the
same prescription. One is 80% gray tint for sunglasses, which
I've never had in my life.

However, it's a bit weird... one pair (untinted) seems a lot stronger...
there's more of a curve in my vision, and the sweet spot seems
   smaller.

Is there a chance one of the glasses is incorrect? What's the
   best way to confirm this?

Many TIA!
Mark
