I recently ordered through EBD and found their try-on gadget to be
useful if not exactly accurate. I like Patrick's idea for
improvements. If the head photo and frames image wear brought into
scale with each other it should work great.

I spent some time measuring the various frames I have laying around so
I have a chance of selecting a pair that will work. Well worth the
time if I save 400-500 dollars!

Have not received my glasses yet, so still waiting to find out. I am a
tad nervous about going this route, but as I told the lab-coated
eyeglass specialist at the local shop, I can't simply materialize 500
dollars out of thin air. I already spent $95 on the eye exam.

This forum is great. Goes a long way towards keeping online merchants
from straying too far from the ethical, like Amazon's seller rating
system.
