I'm almost in the same boat except that my glasses before discount were 57 so I paid about 42 and I hadn't yet tried the online contact route. I emailed them on Friday to request return procedure and have not heard from them yet. Now your message has got me concerned.
Their web site clearly states the conditions under which a refund of "full frame price and 50% of the price of prescription lenses" are available (even including picking a wrong frame let alone a badly fitting lens). (I just took a snapshot of it today as soon as I read your message). This is my first order with them. I'm going to resend the email as a first step.
