I just found your website and I’m hoping you might give me a hand.

I placed an order with 39dg.com several weeks ago and made an error
entering the CYL number for the right eye. I discovered it immediately
and emailed the company. They replied they would make the change. When
the glasses didn’t come after a week, I called and spoke to someone
about where my order was in the process and to remind them about the
change to the CYL number.

After several email exchanges over the next week or so, with promises
that the glasses were in the lab and would be sent out that afternoon,
the finally glasses came... with the wrong CYL lens and a very pointy
bump on the bridge of the frame that rendered the glasses unwearable
even if the lens had been correct.

Booger. I then contacted the live chat service dept and was told by
Vic that he would send me a return label that day and I could mail the
glasses back to be replaced by a correct and non-bumpy pair.

Of course, no big surprise, the mailing label never came and the live
chat and phone access to a customer rep seems to be out of order.

Do you have any suggestion on how best to get my money back?

I’d think the whole place was a scam if I hadn’t seen so many positive
testimonials on the web.

Anyway, “You get what you pay for” seems to apply here.
