How odd...I have been on 39dollarglasses several times this morning tracking a shipment and haven't had an issue.
How are you contacting them? I have ordered twice. Both times I ordered bifocals and it took about a week. This most recent time, I ordered 3 different pairs and received one after a week. Did the online chat feature with them and noted within an hour or so, my account on their site was updated with a new USPS shipping code that I could track.
