Hello,

Optical4Less told me that their tinted lenses ($8, a choice of 9
colours) are polarized ("We would like to inform you that the tinted
lens is polarized."). I was surprised but believed them.

Now I see 39DollarGlasses offers a tinted lens (in a choice of 7
colours) for $9.95 extra and polarized (in either of 2 colours) for
$49.90 extra.

Did I misunderstand O4L and their tinted lenses are _not_ polarized?
39DG's "CR-39™ Tinted Sun Lenses (Darkest Tint)" (the $9.95 option)
seems like it would be closer to O4L's. But then 39DG's AR coating is
$24.95 and O4L's is FREE (well, not on the tinted lens, but on the
clear one).

Also (unrelated to tinting), why do so many of the sites insist on
displaying frames without detailed information (width, temple, bridge,
etc.) when browsing!? O4L is very good, with the details right there,
but others (including 39DG) simply show the frame and make you click
on it to get the info. I know roughly what my minimum size would be,
irrespective of any style or other issues, and it's really useful to
reject 90% of the frames immediately, because they're too small (or
too big) in one dimension or another is very handy. Clicking on each
one is just a pain and inefficient!

Thanks!
