Zenni is known to be reliable, but very slow.  They also don't have a
"status" feature on their web site.  You *might* be more frustrated
with them...and this, from one of their fans.

2-3 weeks is common for most of the vendors.  We've seen exceptions in
both extremes; glasses delivered in a matter of days, and glasses
which took over a month to arrive.

At 20 days (3 weeks) it's getting near the end of the "normal range,"
but it's not unprecedented.  So long as they continue to keep you
informed, I wouldn't worry too much.
