I waited 5 weeks for my first order with Zenni to arrive. It included a pair of glasses with photochromic and progressive lenses, which supposedly take longer.
My second Zenni order, single vision tinted prescription sunglasses, arrived in less than 2 weeks. I guess if I were you, I'd give it a while longer. You're probably saving hundreds of dollars so it's worth the wait.
