It's been almost a month since I ordered the glasses and they still have not arrived. I can never get a live person on the phone, the live chat is a joke as no one is ever there, either and I haven't even gotten an email about what's taking so long.
This is ridiculous - there's nothing special about the lenses or anything else - it's a simple prescription. This is the second time I've needed to speak to someone about an order and it's always the same - I'm on hold for 15 minutes and then I get a message that says they can't take my call due to heavy call volume.
