I bought that exact frame from Zenni, and replaced the vinyl nose pads
with silicone to get an extremely light and comfortable pair for
computer use. (The pads didn't make that much difference, but silicone
is nicer and there's no chemical hazard.) They worked fine for quite a
few months, but then they broke in the middle. But I had dismantled
them more than once, and put them on and take them off more than most
people. Since Zenni will sell you frames with their original "blank"
lenses for half price, it only costs $18 to fix, if you're willing to
do the assembly yourself. That requires a tiny hex wrench, which I
bought at an electronic supply shop for under $10.

Some of Zenni's frames seem to be high quality, such as this round one
