All of my correspondence was with their location in Mableton, GA.

I'm sure that many people have had good experiences when they got the
order right the first time. But I think as my experience and their F
rating with the Better Business Bureau shows, if they screw something
up, don't count on them rectifying the problem. Why take the risk
with these guys when there are other companies out there at the same
price point?

They screwed up on so many levels with my order, but for me being lied
to by their lab manager Kevin takes the cake. And if the guy didn't
lie, the incompetence is mind boggling. Just to reiterate, I sat on
the phone with their lab manager who supposedly held my glasses in his
hands, read to me the model number from the frame, said that he saw no
flaws in the lenses and recited to me the output of his machine that
was supposedly showing the correct prescription. What do I get back
in the mail? The same screwed up glasses I sent them, with severe,
completely obvious defects in the lens and the totally wrong
prescription.

Basically, these guys really don't give a flip about their customers.
